Yah I said it. I'm sure you can guess WHY I don't like the scale today. I haven't weighed myself in a while but I did notice that my clothes have felt a little "snug" lately. According to the scale I have gained like 10 lbs. I guess all this clean eating isn't enough if you don't get enough physical exercise. So starting today, I am upping the anty, not sure if I spelled that right. So starting today, I am going to run every night at the track and hopefully lose this 10 lbs and maybe a few more. Wish me luck!!!
