Today breakfast was pumpkin pie oat bran.
1/4 c oat bran
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup water
1tsp chia seeds
1tsp flax meal
1/2 tsp cinnamon
This was sooooo yummy this morning. The cinnamon chips give it just a little spicy sweetness.
