Do you ever have one of those days where you are not hungry but your mouth just wants to chew? I know its crazy but I am totally having one of those days. My pumpkin pie protein shake and Cliff bar totally filled me up but my mouth just wants to keep on going. My remedy was carrot sticks. About 10 of them did the trick. I got creative with my shake today! In the mix was:
1 scoop vanilla brown rice protein powder
3/4 cup coconut milk
2 tbs canned pumpkin
1/5 of a block of tofu
cinnamon
stevia drops
nutmeg
ice
1 frozen banana
Blend,blend,blend
The end result was not too bad. Not as good as REAL pumpkin pie but I did sprinkle some
Kashi go lean on top for "crust". Well today is looking better outside the snow has
stopped tapered off and the sun is trying to come out. Hope my tomatoes don't die. Cross your fingers.
What do you do on days when your mouth just won't stop?
I have those days all the time...the trick is to drink warm lemon water. Seriously, it works every time!!
